Field Service Technician – Hoist & Equipment
Pay: $20–$25/hour
OverviewInstall, repair, and maintain automotive lifts and shop equipment at dealerships, repair shops, and municipal facilities. Ideal for mechanically inclined, reliable individuals who enjoy field work.
Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and service lifts and lubrication equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Manage service vehicle, tools, and parts
- Diagnose issues and complete service reports
- Communicate with customers and team members
- Mechanical experience (auto, construction, or equipment)
- Basic computer/diagnostic skills
- Strong work ethic and dependable
- Valid driver's license (clean record)
- High School diploma or GED
Preferred:
- 6+ months equipment or small engine experience
- CDL or willingness to obtain
- Family-owned, stable company
- Growth and promotion from within
- Paid training and certifications
- Monday–Friday, start 7–8 AM
- 8–10 hour shifts + OT
- Company truck (take-home potential)
- Contract-to-hire
- Based in Hopkins, MN
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HOPKINS, MN.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
