Senior Subcontracts Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re looking for a Senior Subcontracts Manager to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.

• Manage post‑award administration of major construction subcontract packages valued between $100M and $500M.
• Ensure contractors perform in accordance with contract requirements, scope commitments, schedule milestones, commercial obligations, and quality expectations.
• Review, negotiate, and manage change orders, claims, compensation events, contract modifications, and commercial disputes.
• Evaluate contractor entitlement positions and pricing submissions and provide recommendations to project leadership.

• Extensive experience in subcontract management, contracts management, commercial management, procurement, project controls, or construction management on major capital projects.
• Experience managing post‑award construction contracts and subcontractors during project execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing change orders, contract modifications, claims, commercial negotiations, and contractor performance.
• Experience working within owner, EPCM, or major contractor organisations on large‑scale capital projects.
