Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing production processes with a focus on Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, Project Management, Product Development, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Improvement.

• Develop and implement process strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and maintain product quality.
• Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes for product development.
• Use AutoCAD and other engineering software to create process maps, flow diagrams, and equipment layouts.
• Lead project management efforts to ensure the timely and successful completion of manufacturing projects.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and work closely with the quality team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.
• Continuously monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, predict future issues, and drive process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, Project Management, Product Development, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Improvement.
• Strong project management skills and a proven track record of leading successful manufacturing projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Certification in Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodology is preferred.
