Role Overview :

Trinity is seeking a Senior or Managing Environmental Consultant to lead and manage environmental consulting projects that support client compliance, permitting, and sustainability objectives. The final title will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and project teams. Your responsibilities will include developing regulatory strategies, preparing permit and compliance documentation, conducting environmental assessments, working with clients to enhance compliance and operational flexibility, and mentoring staff to become effective consultants.

Air quality experience is required for this role, and you will apply that expertise as part of broader environmental consulting support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage environmental permitting, compliance, and assessment projects.
  • Collect, evaluate, and interpret environmental data to support client objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice on environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance obligations.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Air quality experience in industry or consulting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, develop practical compliance strategies, and communicate technical information clearly.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CEP, PE, CIH) are a plus.
