Smart Factory Improvement Engineer

What will you do:

• Lead the design and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems, ensuring seamless integration with automation and connectivity solutions
• Develop and optimize process flows for transforming raw materials into finished goods while maintaining compliance with SPS principles
• Specify, implement, and qualify automation architecture and test equipment for assembly processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process automation and testing equipment across the organization
• Provide technical expertise and guidance across Business Units and Regions for automation technologies

• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing automation systems and industrial process optimization
• Strong background in MES implementation and production system integration
• Proven track record in designing and qualifying automation architectures
• Advanced knowledge of product testability and quality assurance methodologies
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with excellent communication skills
