Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97‑bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults, and active‑duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average over 1,500 patients receive care from our compassionate health‑care team each year.

Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Therapist at Cumberland Hall Hospital. In this role, you'll provide compassionate psychosocial therapy to patients and families, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges. You'll also lead case‑management efforts, ensuring comprehensive support for those in need. • Completing and maintaining all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with policies and regulations.
• Assessing patient needs regularly and assisting in developing and updating the Master Treatment Plan.
• Working within a team environment to ensure that each treatment modality is appropriate for the patient.
• Providing group educational therapies to assigned patients consistent with established techniques and methods relevant to the professional literature.

• Graduate of an accredited school with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Professional Counseling.
• Two or more years’ experience in a mental‑health setting preferred.
• Licensed, or license‑eligible, as a social worker, marriage and family counselor, or professional counselor per the state of Kentucky’s licensure standards.
• Typical working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; this full‑time position follows one of two rotations:
  • Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off
  • Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday off
