Shift Requirements:
Day Shift (8AM-430PM) Monday-Friday, possibly a Saturday monthly
Float Requirements: N/A
On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: potential for 1 Saturday a month
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: KY License, LCSW
Required

Education:

Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited Graduate School of Social Work

Minimum Experience:

2 years
Charting Experience

Required:

EPIC preferred
Required Skillset:
Discharge planning, utilization review preferred but not required, group and individual psycho educational therapy
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, social candidates
Dress code:
Business casual

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 12 Bed acute Psych, 1 RN (2 Tech) per 7 patients. Ratios are the same on day/night shift.
Unit Strengths:
Small unit with the ability to focus on patients in mental health crisis. Average stay 7-14 days

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed. There are no holiday or weekend closures.
