Director of Outpatient Services Opportunity
Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Over 1500 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cumberland Hall Hospital.

Join our team and make a meaningful impact by leading high‑quality outpatient care, supporting both clinical operations and staff development, and shaping the future of our Outpatient Programs. In this role, you’ll guide a dedicated multidisciplinary team, oversee program operations, and provide clinical leadership that directly supports our mission and the patients we serve.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality patient care within the outpatient setting.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and development of Outpatient programming, including Psych and Chemical Dependency tracks.
- Maintain a clinical caseload while managing overall departmental functions.
- Provide direct supervision and support to staff, including Therapists, RNs, and Clerical team members.
- Lead key supervisory functions such as interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee coaching/discipline.
- Address concerns, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Education: Master’s degree in social services or appropriate psychiatric field.
- Licensure: KY State licensure such as LCSW, LCADC, LPCC, or LMFT from an accredited school.
- Experience: Minimum 5‑8 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
