Overview
The Clinical Director, licensed as an LCSW or LPCC, provides leadership for the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program within a Behavioral Health Services Organization, ensuring compliance with CARF standards. They oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and promote a collaborative, client-centered environment.

- Ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and program quality through participation in leadership meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Active LCSW or LPCC license.
- Experience in behavioral health.
- Strong leadership skills.
