You will install, configure, troubleshoot Crestron AV devices and Windows platforms, and support Teams/Zoom conferences in a fast-paced office environment. The role requires physical presence at customer locations, strong communication and VIP room handling experience, and hands-on skills in maintaining AV equipment and inventory.
