- Analyze high-level business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implement solutions into the WI Workflow Automation platform
- Capture requirements, document use cases, write acceptance criteria, and convey the ideal user experience
- Drive the composition, build, and delivery of workflow and process solutions for Workplace Investing customers
- Collect and document requirements with business partners
- Coordinate delivery of capabilities to users
- Collaborate with teams across geographical regions and time zones
- Identify and solve complicated issues, turning them into intuitive solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with team members, users, customers, and collaborators
- Translate product strategy into executable product requirements
- Document user scenarios, use cases, and expected user experience
- Define use cases, user flows, user personas, and other solution-development artifacts
- Maintain the product backlog and facilitate business partner prioritization sessions
- Manage timeline and delivery expectations
- Work with various teams to drive testing, implementation, and delivery of capabilities and services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 4–5 years’ experience in technology / digital products
- Experience eliciting customer/user requirements
- Experience crafting use cases and writing user stories
- Experience facilitating requirements-capture sessions with customers, users, internal teams, and business partners
- Experience with software systems with a large customer base
- Experience with projects having a multi-regional footprint and high impact
- Experience with JIRA and XTRAC applications preferred
- Experience with configuration, workflow, and BPM (Business Process Management) is a plus
- Outstanding project management skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and solve problems analytically
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of operational objectives and ability to translate them into efficient solutions
