• 1. Maintain material inventory at min / max levels by calculating demand, usage, & scrap. Create and send forecasts, and weekly releases to suppliers
• 2. Maintain accurate data input into integrated computer system to support material supply and demand
• 3. Responsible for cycle counts for AS & SS divisions
• 4. Responsible for assisting and identifying potential problems or abnormal conditions and establishing countermeasures and corrective action
• 5. Develop, maintain and audit all required Standard Work Instructions that pertain to Raw Material Planning that support TGASK, ISO, IATF
  16949 and MMOG requirements.
• 6. Responsible for determining most cost effective method for inbound freight and expedite freight as required to support production.
• 7. Schedule inbound and outbound freight as necessary
• 8. Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties
• 9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
