Description
Maintain material inventory at min / max levels by calculating demand, usage, & scrap. Create and send forecasts, and weekly releases to suppliers
Responsibilities- Maintain material inventory at min / max levels by calculating demand, usage, & scrap. Create and send forecasts, and weekly releases to suppliers
- Maintain accurate data input into integrated computer system to support material supply and demand
- Responsible for cycle counts for AS & SS divisions
- Responsible for assisting and identifying potential problems or abnormal conditions and establishing countermeasures and corrective action
- Develop, maintain and audit all required Standard Work Instructions that pertain to Raw Material Planning that support TGASK, ISO, IATF
16949 and MMOG requirements. - Responsible for determining most cost effective method for inbound freight and expedite freight as required to support production.
- Schedule inbound and outbound freight as necessary
- Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
