Junior Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement team in ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations that contribute to the Group's business objectives and cost optimization initiatives.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role will support the execution of Qualco Groups procurement activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and effective procurement processes.

The role's responsibilities include:

• Support business units in identifying and managing procurement needs;
• Ensure that procurement activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers and service providers;
• Participate in tender processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) in line with Group procurement policies;
• Support the evaluation of supplier proposals and commercial offers;
• Assist in negotiating pricing and commercial terms under the guidance of senior team members;
• Support contract administration and supplier onboarding activities;
• Monitor purchase requests, contracts, and procurement activities to ensure agreed timelines are met;
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field;
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance related functions will be considered an advantage;
• Good understanding of commercial and business concepts;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn and develop within a corporate procurement environment;
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken;
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems/processes will be considered an asset.
