A highly respected, community health system is seeking an experienced Director of Home Health & Hospice to lead two well‑established, mission‑driven service lines that deliver exceptional care where patients want to be most – at home.

We’re looking for a leader who understands that outstanding patient care begins with engaged caregivers, strong clinical operations, and a culture built on trust, compassion, accountability, and service.

• Lead both Home Health and Hospice Operations
• Mentor and develop an experienced clinical team
• Drive quality, patient satisfaction, and regulatory excellence
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to shape future growth
• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Build a culture where employees feel supported and patients receive extraordinary care.

• Bring both Home Health and Hospice leadership experience
• Are passionate about developing people, not simply managing them
• Have a strong operational mindset balanced with genuine compassion
• Thrive in highly collaborative environments
• Lead with humility, emotional intelligence, and integrity
• Can successfully navigate regulatory, financial, and quality initiatives while never losing sight of the patient and family experience.

• RN required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Five or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
• Home Health leadership experience required
• Hospice leadership experience required
• Director-level leadership experience preferred
• Master’s degree preferred
