Nursing Services Assistant Manager Night Shift

The Clinical Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in promoting safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care while supporting shared decision-making and professional autonomy.

• assisting in personnel management, budget oversight, strategic planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
• providing staff feedback, evaluations, and fostering professional development
• ensuring staff maintain competencies
• creating an engaging team environment

• managing staffing levels, optimizing patient care models, maintaining a safe environment, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patient satisfaction goals

The role requires collaboration with leadership on unit operations, quality improvement, resource management, and compliance.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a BSN preferred, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, including leadership or charge nurse experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, accreditation standards, and financial management is essential
• Licensure as an RN and BLS certification are required; specialty certifications should be obtained within six months of eligibility
