Via Quest is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for long-term care facilities in the Woodlawn area. You will conduct face-to-face adult psychiatric assessments, maintain records, and collaborate with facility staff.
The ideal candidate is PMHNP licensed, a graduate of an accredited NP program, with geriatric/long-term care experience; outpatient/telepsychiatry experience is a plus, and travel within the service area is required.
