** Position Purpose*
* This role provides administrative and accounting support to the Shared Services Group, with a primary focus on accounts payable processing and credit card transactions. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial operations and maintaining strong internal controls.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Transaction Processing*
* + Process credit card transactions through online platforms

+ Enter and process non-ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) invoices

+ Review and analyze freight files from third-party providers

+ Process employee expense reports in Concur

** Reconciliation & Reporting*
* + Post and reconcile Concur-related entries

+ Perform monthly account reconciliations

+ Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed

** Compliance & Documentation*
* + Support and maintain the 1099 reporting process

+ Ensure accurate recordkeeping in compliance with company policies and retention requirements

** Support & Continuous Improvement*
* + Assist with special projects and reporting as needed

+ Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency

** Qualifications*
* ** Education*
* + Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ 2-4 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience

+ Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

** Skills & Competencies*
* + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

+ Experience working with ERP systems

+ Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills

+ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

** Physical requirements and working conditions:*
* + Primarily desk-based role with regular computer use

+ May require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer

** Compensation Information:*
* The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is :$24.50 - $28.00 (Hourly).
