Assistant

Project Manager - JLL What this job involves:

The role is an entry-level role designed for early-career professionals or recent graduates. This position provides hands‑on experience supporting infrastructure and facilities projects, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Support project managers in planning and executing infrastructure projects.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource tracking.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and assist with quality and safety checks.
• Learn and apply project management best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent internship/work experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in project support or coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn technical systems and construction processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or co‑op experience in construction, engineering, or facilities.
• CAPM certification or coursework in project management.
• Interest in data centers, sustainability, or critical infrastructure.

Location:

Hopkinton, MA

Estimated compensation for this position:

73,000. USD per year
