We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

This role supports a growing, fast-paced team on a mission to transform manual business workflows into intelligent, agentic AI-driven operations. You'll be part of a dynamic group building and deploying autonomous agents across diverse business domains — reimagining how work gets done and driving real, measurable impact at scale.

As a Consultant, you will provide practical guidance and tools that help leaders execute program improvements. You will serve as the connective tissue across a fast-moving, technically driven organization — coordinating execution across multiple concurrent AI agent deployment projects, partnering with IT and security to remove roadblocks, and translating technical progress into business impact for senior stakeholders. You will help define how this function operates — establishing governance, reporting rhythms, and change management practices from the ground up.
