We are a growing engineering firm based in the 495 area, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives and help build the strong teams that fuel our success.
Position SummaryThe Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company’s continued growth through strategic talent acquisition efforts. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and secure top talent across a variety of engineering and professional roles.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions- Partner with hiring managers to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and critical roles.
- Collaborate with department leaders and regional offices to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and engage top talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and tools to meet both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative team player focused on building strong internal partnerships and delivering consistent results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within engineering, construction, or a technical environment.
