Personal Lines Producer – Hopkington, MA

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

• Competitive base salary during initial ramp‑up period, with earning structure evolving as your book of business grows

• Active Property & Casualty License in Massachusetts (Rhode Island license a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines sales
• Experience working with small to mid‑market accounts
• Proficiency with AMS
  360 or similar agency management systems
• Familiarity with a range of insurance lines, including GL, BOP, contractors, hospitality, business auto, and commercial property

• Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify client risks and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverage
• Partner with internal service and account management teams to support ongoing client needs
• Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
• Track activity and sales pipeline within AMS
