No previous power washing experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Every day is different. You'll travel with your team to residential and commercial properties throughout Metro West Massachusetts performing services such as:

• House soft washing
• Roof cleaning and treatments
• Gutter cleaning
• Deck and patio cleaning
• Concrete and driveway cleaning
• Commercial building washing

You'll also:

• Operate professional cleaning equipment
• Protect customers' property before beginning work
• Communicate with homeowners professionally
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Help maintain trucks, equipment, and tools
• Represent Under Pressure with professionalism at every job site

The ideal candidate is:

• Reliable and shows up on time
• Positive and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
• Friendly and respectful with customers
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

A valid driver's license is required.

Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

• Pressure washing
• Landscaping
• Construction
• Painting
• Window cleaning
• Roofing
• General labor
• Property maintenance
