We are seeking a motivated HVAC / Refrigeration Manager who can work autonomously and ensure HVAC / Refrigeration systems throughout the company network stays maintained. Typical responsibilities include:
* Oversees and manages all HVAC / Refrigeration for the entire company
* Responsible for ordering parts and managing inventory
* Assign & Follow-up on work orders in the maintenance tracking system
* Oversees / manages / routes in house HVAC/R technicians
* Oversee third-party service technicians, negotiating vendor rates, invoice approvals
* Compiling list of HVAC / Refrigeration equipment and recommended replacement
* Participates in training classes to maintain license
* Review HVAC/R plans for remodels & new builds
* Manage HVAC/R budget
* Keep in-house technicians training programs current and to date
* Develop SOP documents
* Maintain equipment asset tags
* Set up preferred vendors and sites to order from
* Create database of equipment and maintain list
** REQUIREMENTS
* ** Licensed in HVAC / Refrigeration
* 5+ Years field experience in HVAC / Refrigeration
* Ability to work 40+ hours a week, with travel required
* Valid driver’s license & good driving record
* Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies
