Manager, HVAC / Refrigeration

Nouria Energy is a fast-paced, fast-growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating 200+ locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated HVAC / Refrigeration Manager who can work autonomously and ensure HVAC / Refrigeration systems throughout the company network stay maintained.

• Oversee and manage all HVAC / Refrigeration for the entire company
• Order parts and manage inventory
• Assign and follow-up on work orders in the maintenance tracking system
• Oversee/route in-house HVAC/R technicians
• Oversee third-party service technicians, negotiate vendor rates, and approve invoices
• Compile list of HVAC / Refrigeration equipment and recommend replacements
• Participate in training classes to maintain license
• Review HVAC/R plans for remodels and new builds
• Manage HVAC/R budget
• Maintain in-house technicians training programs
• Develop SOP documents
• Maintain equipment asset tags
• Set up preferred vendors and sites to order from
• Create database of equipment and maintain list

• Licensed in HVAC / Refrigeration
• 5+ years field experience in HVAC / Refrigeration
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week, with travel required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Rotating on-call schedule for after-hour emergencies
