Job Title: IEPO 3.0 Lead Staff
Location: District-wide

The IEPOnline (IEPO) Lead is a stipend position that serves as the district's primary expert, trainer and day-to-day support for the transition to IEPO 3.0. During the district's transition to an updated version of IEPO, the IEPO lead will facilitate professional development opportunities, serve as the first point of contact for staff questions and host regularly scheduled open lab sessions. This role is critical in ensuring that all staff can navigate the system with confidence and compliance.
Note - This is a temporary position for the School Year only. Experience with technology is required.
Key Responsibilities
MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS
- Facilitate new staff onboarding to IEPO
- Respond to support requests in a timely manner via email, phone, or 1:1 coaching session
- Stay current on IEPO platform updates, release notes and vendor communications and communicate relevant changes to all stakeholders
- Create a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document based on common staff questions and issues
- Deliver professional development for IEPO users focused on the new IEPO platform
- Triage technical issues between user error/training needs and collaborate with the director of teaching of learning on next steps
- Serve as the district's primary point of contact for all IEPO questions, troubleshoot requests, and navigation issues
- Host two open lab sessions per month that provide a low-stakes practice environment where staff can work on live IEP documents with expert support available
Employment is contingent upon successful clearance of a Washington State Patrol, FBI fingerprint criminal history background check, and Sexual Misconduct background check.
