Harbors Home Health & Hospice is looking to add a full‑time PTA to its valuable therapy team. This individual will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide excellence in patient care. The role offers autonomy for one‑on‑one patient care and the opportunity to work within a supportive team. Flexibility for a professional career and a personal life is available, allowing you to practice your skills while delivering the best care to patients.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing and carrying out therapy care plans
- Team up with a Physical Therapist to provide continuity of care
- Work a weekly Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility to accommodate personal commitments (e.g., children, sports, appointments)
- WA State Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Valid WA driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
- Dependable vehicle with insurance
- Current CPR certification
