Harbors Home Health & Hospice is continuing to grow in our communities. Harbors' is the premier agency for end-of-life care for both Grays Harbor and Pacific County.
With growth, comes opportunities! We are looking for full‑time Hospice On‑Call Registered Nurses. This position provides evening and after‑hours support for hospice patients and their caregivers. $4.50 on‑call rate, plus hourly rate, and additional call‑out pay.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support to patients and caregivers by phone and/or home visits for urgent matters and significant changes, and providing end-of-life support as needed.
Requirements- Current WA State RN license
- Current driver’s license with acceptable driver abstract
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must be self‑directed and autonomous
- Must have excellent observation, problem‑solving, and communication skills
