Risk Administration Associate

Responsibilities

• Management of bank guarantees and processing of amendments, as well as loan agreements
• Handling card accounts of deceased customers and communicating with authorities and bereaved relatives
• Execution of direct debit procedures and SEPA modifications, as well as handling objections/disputes
• Monitoring and clearing of closed card accounts with credit balances
• Processing ZEK reports and customer inquiries, including assignments (cessions)
• Administrative tasks such as document preparation and handling mail, email, and telephone inquiries

• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial/administrative, service-oriented environment
• Knowledge of inheritance law and/or experience in Risk or Compliance is an advantage
• Flexibility, efficiency, structured working style, and accuracy
• Strong affinity for numbers and data
• Very good German language skills; additional languages are a plus

Demonstrates expertise in managing bank guarantees, processing loan agreements, and handling card accounts, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management. Proficient in executing direct debit procedures and addressing customer inquiries with a structured and efficient approach.
