Customer Service Rep

We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. Responsibilities include taking orders over the phone and in person, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, high temperatures, food odors, dust, and handling hot surfaces up to 500°F.

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying heavy items, pushing and pulling trays.
• Forward bending, clutching, reaching above 72 inches for processing tasks.
• Eye‑hand coordination and motor skills required for handling dough, knives, and pizza peel.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation to the store location.
• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
