• Bachelor's degree in education/business or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of school-based experience (teaching or other)
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in a business/finance environment with a strong critical background preferred
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in working with federal grants, preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills :

• Strong organizational communication, and interpersonal skills
• Be fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to interface with parents, service center and school districts, and higher education institutions
• Knowledge of state, federal grants and E-grants/TEAL
• Experience with the fund accounting procedures
• Ability to use computer and be familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, MS 360 and e-mail systems
