What you will do in this role

• Assist with the admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient throughput and maintain high standards in patient-centered care.
• Participate in ongoing assessments of the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Work with subject matter experts and other managers to create a collaborative environment aimed at improving patient outcomes and services.
• Promote a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
• Support the facility’s efforts to enhance employee engagement through initiatives like rounding and other strategies.
• Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff while ensuring adherence to personnel policies and performance evaluations.
• Assist in staff scheduling while managing labor resources in alignment with patient care needs and productivity standards.
• Help maintain proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment efficiently.

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ years of applicable experience required.

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in your practicing state or have an active compact license, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 6 months.
