The Elizabeth Correa Agency in Horizon City, Texas, is looking for a confident and highly motivated person who is interested in beginning their career in insurance as a Full Time Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Are you currently selling another product outside of the industry, struggling to decide on a career, or somebody with no experience who is interested in beginning an insurance career?

- Sign-On Bonus $2,500
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources..
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- General lines Property and Casualty license preferred
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
