Job Description

Responsible for all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Must follow all policy and procedures and set an example for the crew.

• Cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, work to a schedule
• Perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Orientation and training provided on the job

• Comprehension and correct written instructions
• Verbal communication with customers and co‑workers
• Accurate mental arithmetic and monetary change
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination for precise movements
• Keyboard or touchscreen order entry
• Navigation and mapping within delivery area, ability to navigate adverse terrain

• Weather variations when performing outside tasks
• Temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas
• Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, mechanical parts
• Exposure to varying temperatures while driving and delivering
• Hearing on the telephone, near, mid and far vision, depth perception, night vision for driving

• Standing for most tasks on tile/linoleum, surfaces 36-48 inches high
• Walking short distances and durations; delivery between store, vehicle, and customer
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table
• Lifting heavy loads up to 50 pounds, stacking up to 72 high
• Carrying items such as large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough up to 12 pounds each
• Pushing and pulling dollies with 24-30 trays, force up to 7.5 pounds
• Climbing stairs or ladders; navigating up to five flights during delivery
• Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching up, down and forward
• Driving within designated delivery area, delivering products, flyers, door hangers
• Continuous eye‑hand coordination; use of hands for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, cutting, and packaging
• Use of tools: pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel, rolling cutter

• Duration of tasks roughly 30-45 seconds repeated continuously during the day

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
