• Operating switchboard, answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
• Transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Taking down and passing on messages where necessary.

• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
• Calm, efficient and organised.
• Excellent communication skills and high standard of English.
• Listens and responds proactively to our guests' needs.
• Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
