Upchurch is seeking a Senior Plumbing Estimator to lead plumbing and mechanical cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects. You will review drawings, specs, and vendor quotes to develop competitive estimates and identify risks and value-engineering opportunities.
The role collaborates with preconstruction, project management, and subcontractors to support winning bids and successful project execution. Occasional travel and site visits are required.
