- Design, configure, and implement SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for order to cash (OTC) processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities such as pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules such as Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to OTC processes.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP SD implementations.
- Stay updated with SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends in Sales and Distribution.
- SAP SD Module: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module configuration and customization.
- OTC Processes: Understanding of order to cash (OTC) processes including pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders.
- SAP Integration: Experience integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP) and third-party systems.
- Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure SAP SD functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to gather and analyze business requirements.
- End-User Training: Experience conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations and processes.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Proficiency in providing production support and issue resolution for SAP SD.
- Testing: Experience in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP SD.
- SAP Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards for Sales and Distribution.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex SAP SD issues.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with new SAP functionalities and industry trends.
- SAP Implementation Methodology: Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP or Activate.
- Data Migration: Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools for SAP SD implementations.
- Change Management: Experience with change management processes related to SAP SD configurations.
- Localization and Globalization: Understanding of SAP SD localization and globalization requirements for multinational companies.
