DC Supervisor

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a DC Supervisor to lead daily operations in our busy distribution center. In this on-site role, you'll supervise warehouse teams handling receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping of automotive parts for our retail stores. You'll drive a customer-focused, safety-first culture by enforcing OSHA and company standards, monitoring accuracy and productivity, and coaching team members. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily DC warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team members to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals
• Monitor inventory flow and coordinate with other departments to resolve stock or shipping issues
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and equipment-use standards in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines
• Track KPIs, prepare basic reports, and recommend process improvements
• Support staffing, timekeeping, and performance feedback for assigned shift or area
