ELECTRICIAN | £18.48 per hour

We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician / Electrician to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will attend call outs to guest accommodation as well as general buildings around the Village, carry out tasks to resolve maintenance issues, report any defects or issues which may cause future problems, undertake inspections, perform planned preventative maintenance, and assist with other general work as briefed by Technical Services Management.

Excellent customer service skills and regular interaction with both colleagues and guests are essential.

• Previous trade experience in electrical or mechanical work, including maintenance duties related to other trades.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Level 3 C&G equivalent NVQ or SVQ qualification in Electrical Installation Theory & Practice.
• Knowledge of C&G 2381/2 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.

You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Days and hours may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Work includes public and bank holidays and may cover Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
