We are expanding and have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our friendly, knowledgeable team. With over 30 years in the HVAC industry, we ve built a strong reputation for quality and service. Our clients range from large corporate organisations to small businesses and residential customers across West/East Sussex, Surrey and London. We work with leading manufacturers to deliver bespoke air conditioning solutions tailored to our clients  needs and budgets.

This is a varied and interesting mobile position covering primarily the South East and London (Central London approx. 13 visits per year per engineer). You ll be responsible for:

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial & residential air conditioning systems
• Working on DX splits, VRF systems, chillers and specialist applied systems
• Installations as required
• Working independently and as part of a two-engineer team
• Delivering excellent customer service with clear verbal and written communication

This role would suit someone looking for a solid Monday-Friday position with only very occasional weekend work, offering excellent variety to further develop and hone your skills.

• F-Gas qualified (essential)
• C&G / NVQ Level 2 (preferred)
• Strong service experience across commercial & residential systems
• Good installation experience
• Solid electrical knowledge
• PASMA & First Aid (beneficial)
• Additional HVAC or building services skills (advantageous but not essential)
• Ideally based near Guildford / Dorking / Horsham (flexible for the right candidate)
• Professional, reliable and able to work both independently and within a team

• £40,000-£43,000 basic (dependent on experience)
• Overtime paid door-to-door
• Realistic OTE £50,000+
