Job Title:AIS Cash Support
Location(s): Horsham, PA
Role Overview- We are seeking a detail-oriented, problem-solving professional to support our cash and AR operations.
- This role focuses on investigating payment discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and working cross-functionally to resolve issues end-to-end.
- This is not a high-volume collections role. Instead, the focus is on analytical thinking, ownership, and effective communication to ensure timely and accurate resolution of cash-related issues.
- Responsible for overseeing collection activities of all North America.
- Manage collections and provide early-stage customer service to avoid any customer complaints.
- Coordinate with cash applications team for accurate application of funds and remittance advice.
- Work on disputes of assigned portfolio to drive resolution/closure.
- Work on unapplied cash of assigned portfolio. Manage portfolio review calls with internal/external stakeholders.
- Process adjustments, write off, netting requests, refunds.
- Account Reconciliations.
- Maintain daily adherence as per business requirements.
- Analyzing daily AR reports to drive cash collection.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, AR, or a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - able to research issues and connect the dots.
- Confident, professional communicator (written and verbal), comfortable working with both customers and internal teams.
- High attention to detail with strong organization and follow-through.
- Quick learner who adapts well to systems and changing priorities.
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and reconciliations.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and accountability.
