Hybrid Position
Provides administrative and operational support for document processing, records management, return mail handling, and data maintenance activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to bank procedures. This role also supports customer and internal team needs by identifying service opportunities, maintaining quality standards for document imaging and indexing, and assisting with updates to procedures and training for backup team members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in the development of new business for Firstrust. Be alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Direct customers to the appropriate person to open an account. Actively sell and promote corporate products to potential and existing customers. Possess knowledge of corporate products and services to suggest products.
- Responsible for daily processing of related bank documents to include but not limited to:
- Review for clarity and completion
- Scan and index as directed by procedures.
- Validate the quality of image and index.
- Support processes to identify missing paperwork.
- Process Flags/Codes in core system as directed by procedures.
- Responsible for processing return mail within the established procedures and appropriate banking regulations.
- Review operational reports to validate changes in relation to address maintenance of fields/flag.
- Review data‑maintenance forms for title and address changes to ensure forms support system changes. Update missing information on Community Banking reports and necessary system information related to addresses.
- Update procedures as necessary, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide training to backup team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Employee may be required to lift files/materials up to 20 pounds to take to various locations.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communicates clearly and professionally via telephone/email.
- Strong attention to detail, self‑motivator, and good problem‑solving skills.
- Good organization and time‑management skills to support competing priorities.
- Demonstrates friendly, positive attitude.
