We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a contractor in the beautiful town of Horsham, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting our Medical Safety and Global Development teams in managing and improving our content management and compliance training processes. If you're organized, a quick learner, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

• Define and manage project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Perform project management across the life cycle, from content development to training deployment.
• Communicate with business owners on project progress and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure compliant training and content installation for dedicated processes.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a medium to large organization.
• Proficient in process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with Content Management and document life cycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with Summit and True Vault.
