Experience with Summit and True Vault, is a huge plus
Experience with Visio or Lucidchart is helpful
Will be working with others to change any process plans
Will deploy training through Summit
Must be organized and a quick learner
Must have good communication skills
Will be meeting timelines
Must have at least 5 years experience
Prior Pharma exp preferred
Role could possibly be extended, but not guaranteed
Description:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
This position reports into Process and Data Management (PDM) within IM Quality Systems. The PPQME is responsible for supporting Medical Safety and/or Global Development business process owners in the end-to-end process for content management (CM) and compliance training development and deployment in the Quality Management System (QMS) framework.
Responsibilities include:
- Define and manage project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Perform project management across the life cycle from content development in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) format and approval (in a CM storage system) to training identification, target audience identification, training material development and training deployment (in LMS).
- Ongoing communication with business owners on project progress and resolution of issues.
- Work with peers in PDM to ensure compliant training and content are installed for dedicated processes.
Minimum Qualification:
College Degree Required, minimum of 5 years' experience in medium to large organization. Strong ability to problem solve. Ability to work collaboratively with a large group of internal and external colleagues and partners. Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of projects with high quality. Strong attention to detail and highly organized, works independently. Strong written and verbal communications. Proficient in process modeling software (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart).
Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other requirements:
The PPQME should have a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
