Director Sales Operations

The Judge Group is seeking a Sales Operations Director for a manufacturing company located in the Horsham, PA area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of sales operations processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Drive CRM strategy, optimization, and adoption, ensuring systems support field productivity and reporting needs.
• Establish SOPs, governance standards, and best practices for commercial activities.
• Streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and reduce administrative burden on sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Compliance to align commercial operations with business objectives.
• Oversee reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting processes, and operational performance reviews.
• Improve data quality, analytics visibility, and decision-making through enhanced reporting infrastructure.
• Support incentive compensation programs and commission administration in partnership with Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Sales Operations or Commercial Operations experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success improving sales processes, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Knowledge of SOP development, process governance, and compliance requirements.
• Comfortable analyzing commercial data, forecasting trends, and developing actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Experience supporting growth-stage organizations, product launches, or specialty commercial models preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Southampton, PA.
