Leading Commercial Construction firm is looking for a Construction Estimator with at least 5+ years of proposal, bid-work, estimating and management of Commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity with a generous starting salary, advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package!
Responsibilities- Interpret drawings and specs
- Solicit quotes and complete estimate
- Determine time frame of project
- Review estimated projects alongside Project Managers, and Superintendents to complete bid
- 5+ years in Commercial Construction estimating
- High dollar project estimation experience ($5M+)
- Ability to read and navigate plans and specifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detailed orientated
- Experience with Smartbid, Procore, Microsoft Office Programs, takeoffs
