About the Position

Experienced Estimator needed in Horsham, PA. The client seeks an estimator to prepare detailed competitive bids for commercial, industrial, and institutional concrete projects, including foundations, flatwork, and structural concrete. The role involves reviewing blueprints, performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing material costs, and securing vendor pricing.

• Perform precise material takeoffs from blueprints, including concrete volume, reinforcement steel (rebar), and formwork.
• Develop ground‑up cost estimates, including labor, equipment, and material pricing.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for cost‑efficient pricing.
• Visit job sites in PA, NJ, and DE to assess conditions and scope.
• Review project plans for inconsistencies and provide value engineering options.

• Experience in concrete construction, specifically with foundations and flatwork.
• Ability to read and interpret complex structural drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, detailed estimates for high‑stakes projects.

Great PTO, benefits.

$65,000 - $90,000 per year.
