Service Advisor

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service team. You’ll be the friendly face and voice that keeps customers informed, supported and confident that their vehicle is in the best hands.

As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for a service. You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth experience.

• Welcoming and assisting customers both in person and over the phone
• Booking vehicles into and managing the service diary
• Keeping customers updated on work progress and timelines
• Accurately recording vehicle issues and service requirements
• Liaising with the service technicians to track vehicle progress and ensure the vehicle is ready for customer collection on time
• Promoting relevant service and maintenance options
• Processing approvals and payments for completed work
• This role includes Saturday morning working on a rota basis

• Enjoy working with people and delivering a great customer experience
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to manage your time effectively to prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are comfortable using computer systems and emails
• Stay positive, proactive and motivated in a busy environment
• A full UK driving licence is an essential requirement
• Previous experience in a target driven role (desirable but not essential)
• Experience with CDK (desirable but not essential)
