Overview
Reports To:
Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.

We are looking for a receptionist who thrives in a professional corporate environment and can serve as the welcoming face of the workplace.

What You’ll Do- Guest & Front Desk Services: welcome employees, clients, and visitors; register visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals.
- Answer and route calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area.
- Support meeting logistics, event signage, and workplace safety procedures.
- Administrative & Workplace Support: provide administrative support using Microsoft Office applications.
- Submit and monitor maintenance and janitorial requests.
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office logs, records, and workplace communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support cross‑functional operations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–5 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service within a corporate environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Dependable, adaptable, and detail‑oriented.

Compensation:
The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job‑related factors.
Pay Range: $21.50 - $21.50 USD.
