Since opening our doors in October 2021, we’ve been dedicated to serving our community with excellence and care. As a Customer Service Representative

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
